Damaged or Missing Items
Claims for Shipping Damages or Shortages
If you need to file a claim for damages, shortages, missing parts or other errors that appeared to have occurred, you must do so within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of goods so that we may resolve the problem quickly.
Merchandise received damaged as a result of shipping should also be reported directly to the carrier company upon receipt. Please retain the packaging as the carrier may request to inspect the package.
If you are there at the time of delivery and the shipment is damaged please feel free to refuse the shipment and contact us immediately for a quick replacement shipment.
